- Where are the training courses held?
Training courses are held at either our premises or at a Cliftons training facility.
Exact course location will be communicated in your course confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need confirmation of individual course location prior to booking.
- Can you conduct the training at my company?
Revolution IT offers onsite training.
To discuss your requirements, please contact us.
- What time do the training courses start?
Most courses run from 8:30am to approximately 5:00pm. Please be at the training facility at least ten minutes prior to the start of the course. For virtual training courses, most courses run from 9:00am to approximately 5:00pm.
- Is lunch provided?
Lunch is provided when training is conducted at one of our Revolution IT office locations.
- Do I need to bring anything for the class?
No, all course materials will be provided
- Can I purchase the student guides in lieu of attending a course?
No. Student guides are only available to students sitting the course and are not for individual sale.
- What will be covered in the course?

- Will I be certified after I attend a training course?
If you are attending the ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing course, you will be certified upon passing your exam.
If you are attending the HPE course, you will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion of the course.
To gain HPE certification, an exam will be done at Pearson Vue (we suggest at least six months commercial experience with the chosen product before sitting the exam).
- If the course is cancelled, when will I be notified?
If a course will not run for any reason, our policy is to notify students at least one week prior to commencement. In the event that happens, you receive a credit towards a future course date.
- Can I contact the instructor if I have further questions after the course?

- Can I cancel/reschedule my registration? Can I get a refund?
We will provide course confirmation by email in approximately 7-10 business days prior to the course commencement. Once the course is confirmed by Revolution IT:
- No refunds will be provided for students no-show OR cancellation
- No refunds will be provided for students who only attend part of the course
- Students substitution are allowed three working days prior to course commencement. Written notice is required
- When will you process the payments?
- EFT and Credit Card payments will be processed within 2-3 business days after the course is confirmed by Revolution IT
- For PO payment, an invoice will be provided within 2-3 business days after the course is confirmed by Revolution IT
