Our ongoing growth and diversification has opened up an exciting opportunity in our internal talent acquisition team. We have the opportunity for an internal recruiter to join our existing two team members in Victoria.
We are ideally looking for a DevOps/Digital/Development or Test Engineering Recruiter to focus on resourcing across the core skills within these practices, which include: Software Engineers, SDET, DevOps, AI and Cloud. The rose is to hire both permanent, and where appropriate, contract individuals to support the delivery of key client projects.

To be successful in the rile, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience recruiting either for an agency or in-house
- Experience in software development and testing recruitment
- User of recruitment systems and social media platforms such as LinkedIn toS efficiently manage talent pools and attract the best and most suitable candidates
- Thrive on developing strong working relationships both internally and externally, and enjoy supporting the business in best practice and value-added services
- A strong capability in negotiating and influencing at all levels
- A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- A proactive work approach with a positive attitude, patience and flexibility
Salary Range: $80K – $120K
